A girl gets passed on the road and decides motorcycles are the answer. That impulse, that immediate, stupid, perfect decision, is the entire show. It's not about becoming a champion rider. It's about four girls finding an excuse to be loud together, wreck their bikes in hilarious ways, and pretend that's the same as having a hobby. The motorcycle club exists because someone wanted to go fast, and everything that follows is just girls figuring out what happens when you actually do the thing instead of thinking about it forever.
Sakura Hane wears herself out pedaling her bicycle up a steep hill to her all-girls high school, until another girl, Onsa Amano, rides past her on a motorcycle. Instantly hooked, Sakura seeks out her school's motorcycle club and discovers it has only one member: the silent, mysterious Raimu Kawasaki, who is never seen without her helmet. Once Sakura and Onsa sign up, the club starts looking for new members, and Sakura soon finds herself alongside a lively cast. They include a talking motorcycle, a fan of Suzuki bikes, a rich girl who dreams of being a delinquent, and a professional racer. The road is not smooth, though. Sakura still has to earn her license, the club's official standing has lapsed, and the members need a teacher willing to act as their advisor. The show is a comedic slice-of-life sports series with ecchi elements, centered on the fun and the struggles of riding.
