SYNOPSIS
Three fresh idol hopefuls stand on the edge of their big debut, ready to launch their careers as the newest generation of a beloved girl group. Then everything stops. Their manager scrambles to figure out why the company has pulled the plug on their launch, armed only with vague corporate speak about missing "something." The girls are left hanging, confused and frustrated, wondering if they'll ever get their shot at stardom. What follows is a scramble to uncover what separates them from the polished idols already in the group. Is it charisma? Stage presence? Chemistry as a unit? The clock is ticking as the 3rd Generation members dig deeper into what it actually takes to make it in this world. Between comedy and genuine drama, the show balances the glamorous fantasy of idol life with the unglamorous reality of chasing that dream.
