Lalabel spends her summer vacation with her friends Teko and Toko at a hostel owned by Teko's uncle. When they get there, the uncle and aunt have gone off to attend an acquaintance's operation, so their son Ryota has been left to manage the hostel all on his own. Lalabel chooses to help him, and soon the whole group is taking part in running the place. The story is a theatrical film in the magical girl genre.
