It's a slice-of-life show that actually knows the difference between being an idol and being a person, and it refuses to pick a side. Four high school boys lead a double life as Marginal#4, a newly debuted idol unit at Pythagoras Production. Atom Kirihara, Rui Aiba and the twins L and R Nomura want to carry their kisses to the far end of the galaxy and climb to the top of the idol world, following the senior unit Lagrange Point while the younger Unicorn Jr. prepares to debut. Offstage they are ordinary students whose days fill up with chaotic hijinks, from claiming a club room and hunting down missing underwear to shooting commercials, all while trying to win over their fans, the Starclusters. The result is a comedy mixing music and slice of life.
