Rin Shiguma is a young boy and a champion of Mini 4WD racing, competing with his favorite electric model car, Soldier. After beating his rival Waka in the Grand Prix, he sets a new record for consecutive victories. Later, a band of mysterious racers hired by Waka appears before him. First to step up is Mr. Mecharic, a talented mechanic who is also a magician, and Rin takes on his challenge without knowing what awaits. The single-episode 1989 OVA blends action, adventure, mecha and sports, and it also has Rin saving the world from an evil scientist.
