On December 3 of U.C. 0095, the Sleeves, a remnant group of Neo Zeon, run a performance test on a new mobile suit in a debris sector. Word of the test reaches two ships, and both set course for the area: an Earth Federation Forces warship and a testing ship belonging to Anaheim Electronics. Aboard the Federation battleship, the newly built Unicorn Gundam Unit 3 waits for its chance to launch. This single-episode mecha special is set in the Gundam UC timeline.
