Tsukishima Moe is a Tokyo schoolgirl who gains the power to become a magical girl with help from her companion Lulue. Her job is to guard Akihabara, the source of moe energy, from those who would misuse it. Along the way the pair wander the district helping foreign otaku find the figures they want to buy, picking up simple phrases in English, Korean, Spanish, Chinese and French. Based on the Moegaku language-learning software, this short comedy mixes anime with live action.
