Koushi lands in a dorm full of women who immediately treat him like he's won the lottery, then spend the next ten episodes finding new ways to make that seem like a terrible idea. The show knows the setup is absurd and leans into it completely, no pretense, just chaos and chemistry. He's genuinely trying to keep his job while surrounded by people who see him as either a solution to their problems or the problem itself.

Koushi is broke, homeless, and scraping by on whatever he can find. After he collapses on the street, an eccentric woman named Mineru Wachi takes pity on him and offers him a place to stay. It turns out his new job is serving as dormitory mother of the Goddess' Dormitory, a residence for the most unruly students at a women's college. What sounds like a lucky break becomes an immediate headache. His older charges are odd, stubborn, and hard to control, from the gentle but man-fearing Atena Saotome to Mineru herself, whose science experiments know no limits. Keeping order while holding on to his sanity is no easy task. The result is a slice-of-life comedy with romance and a strong ecchi streak, as Koushi does his best to manage his chaotic new home.
