Kouichi and Pop Step aren't getting stronger to save the world; they're getting stronger because the world already forgot about them, and season two knows exactly what that costs. The vigilantes operate in the spaces official heroes won't touch, where every bruise and every small victory against disposable villains matters because there's nobody watching, nobody keeping score. This is My Hero Academia stripped down to its skeleton: what does heroism look like when you're not special, when your Quirk barely matters, when you're just trying to keep your neighborhood from falling apart between cracks the system left behind.

Season two of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes continues the story of Kouichi Haimawari, a college student who once dreamed of being a hero but had set that goal aside. In a world where most people have superhuman powers called Quirks yet only a chosen few become heroes, Kouichi and Pop☆Step were rescued by the vigilante Knuckleduster and brought into vigilante work themselves. This 13-episode TV season mixes action, adventure, drama and fantasy.
