Neko Jockey returns for a second season of short comedy episodes, four in all. The first season introduced Mannenbilly, a thoroughbred stuck on a run of 30 straight losses, who gets an unexpected savior in the form of a cat jockey. Around the horse are the trainer who looks after him and an eccentric owner. The feline rider's skill in the saddle is anyone's guess, but its claim to being the cutest jockey in Japan is hard to argue with. Together the group sets its sights on a win.
