A fever dream made flesh by people who loved their little corner of the internet so much they animated it. Nin'i-tan and Biscuit-tan exist in a space where 2004 net culture isn't being explained or mocked, just lived. You either recognize these characters from somewhere deep in your browsing history and feel genuinely seen, or you're watching something that was never made for you, and that's the whole point.

Nin'i-tan and her friends, the mascot characters of Netrunner Magazine, star in this 30-minute comedy OVA. The magazine produced the release as an original animation DVD to mark its fifth anniversary, and it came out in 2004. Poyoyon Rock, known for Popotan, directed the single episode, which is aimed at fans of the magazine's cute cast.
