Released as a bonus on the Blu-ray and DVD sets, this single-episode comedy special takes its name from a cultural festival at Tenkai First Girls' High School. In the main Nyamen series the heroines are bowls of ramen shaped like cats. Here the girls appear as cat girls instead, giving the familiar cast a noticeably different look for this extra outing.
