This is the epilogue Nyaruko fans have been waiting for since season two ended. The OVA finally delivers what the whole series was building toward: actual emotional stakes wrapped in the same relentless parody machine that made you laugh for two seasons straight. One episode is all it takes to prove the romance was never the joke, just what it was hiding under.

Mahiro wakes from an unsettling dream in which he stood at a wedding altar with Nyaruko, and he is sure it cannot have been his own choice, so he blames her meddling. She gets the wrong idea about what he dreamed, and soon Kuuko and Hasuta are caught up in it too. Later, Tamao and Takehiko drop by with eight tickets to a realistic escape game, the hottest attraction around. Yoriko and Shantak-kun join the group at a sinister-looking house, where the players must split into pairs and choose which door to take to clear the mission. A single-episode comedy with romance and sci-fi flavor, set in the world of the Cthulhu-inspired Nyaruko franchise.
