The Butt Detective returns with the same deadpan commitment that made the first season work, refusing to break character even as the cases get weirder. A show built entirely on a premise that would collapse the second you acknowledge how dumb it is instead doubles down with the confidence of a real procedural. Season two proves this wasn't a one-joke wonder, it was a principle: if you treat a buttocks-based investigator with the seriousness of Columbo, the audience has no choice but to take him seriously too.
