Nene and Clarion's dynamic is the entire show, and it works because their chemistry doesn't need a plot to justify itself. One is a walking disaster wrapped in optimism, the other is a hypercompetent cyborg who treats her like an actual person instead of a mascot. The action and fanservice are there, sure, but they exist to give these two reasons to be in scenes together, and that's where every moment that lands actually lands.

The world teeters on the edge of chaos. Frequent natural disasters strike across the globe, while cyborgs and autonomous robots begin to appear in technologically advanced nations and major powers compete for resources. The gap between the wealthy and the poor keeps widening, and no one can see a clear way forward. Nene Nanakorobi, a cheerful full-body cyborg who dreams of world peace, travels to the island city of Cenancle to live with her aunt. On the way she meets Uzal Delilah, a wealthy inventor, and Clarion, Uzal's grumpy cat-like combat android. When a super-powered terrorist attacks the island, Uzal lets Nene use the Pandora Device inside Clarion's body. With it, Nene and Clarion can combine their powers and take on missions in the name of peace. Expect a blend of action, comedy, ecchi fan service and science fiction.
