Deijiko shows up in your town and decides she's going to fix everyone's life, one ridiculous job at a time, and somehow it actually works on you. The comedy doesn't reach for shock value or irony, it just lands because the character genuinely cares and the show trusts that sincere kindness is enough. By the end you realize you've spent 48 episodes watching a princess scrub toilets and stock shelves, and it was exactly what you needed.

Deijiko is the princess of the planet Di Gi Charat. After reading a book, she decides she wants to help everyone be happy. She slips out of the castle and poses as an ordinary girl, then sets about spreading happiness by picking up all kinds of jobs around town. Along the way she gathers plenty of new friends, and a few enemies too. The show is a comedy told in short episodes.
