Pikachu and a crowd of Pokémon friends gather at Lunatone Rock for a rare event: the Mythical Pokémon Meloetta gives a performance there only once each year. When the full moon rises, the Melody Tree grows up out of the stage and bears Melody Berries, which strengthen Meloetta's singing. A fight in the audience sends the Berries flying in every direction. Pikachu and the others set out to recover them so the show can continue, racing Meowth to reach them first. The 2D short opened in theaters with the fifteenth Pokémon film, and its cast is made up entirely of Pokémon, among them Oshawott, Axew, Totodile, Chikorita, Torchic and Piplup, with Meloetta appearing in both its Aria and Pirouette formes. It is a musical fantasy adventure.
