You sit down expecting nothing, and the Pichu brothers accidentally teach you that being left out is usually just a misunderstanding waiting to resolve. The show moves at the speed of a kid finding out good news, no rush, no stakes that matter. By the end you're watching Meowth sing at his own party like it's the most natural thing in the world, and somehow that's exactly enough.

The Pichu brothers and their friends learn that Meowth is holding a party, and they seem not to have been invited. After a string of events, they find out they were on the guest list all along: their invitations were just delivered late. The group heads to Meowth's party, where they get to hear him sing. The short comedy fantasy adventure was made as an animated feature inside the game Pokémon Channel. It runs about half an hour and is split into five brief segments.
