SYNOPSIS
Kenta and Marina reunite at a Pokémon Center for a casual battle, but their friendly competition gets derailed when a mysterious thunderstorm rolls in. Two Team Rocket operatives arrive with an experimental device that lures Electric-type Pokémon, setting the stage for something far bigger than a training match. The pair quickly realizes these aren't ordinary grunts: they're working under orders to capture powerful Electric Pokémon and deliver them to higher-ups in the organization. Things escalate when the legendary Pokémon Raikou itself gets caught in the trap. With the creature now in enemy hands, Kenta and Marina have to act fast to stop Team Rocket's scheme before they can complete their mission.
