Long ago, the Kingdom of the Vale fell into chaos when its ruler's two sons turned on each other, setting their Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom loose and upsetting the Dragon Force that powered the land. The Mythical Pokémon Victini helped restore balance, and the Sword of the Vale sealed the Dragon Force away. Now Damon, a descendant of the scattered People of the Vale, summons Zekrom and plans to lift the Sword and seize that power to rebuild his people's kingdom. Satoshi and his companions, visiting Eindoak Town at the foot of the Sword, join Victini, the Vale's guardian, to stop him before the ancient disaster repeats. The film is an action, adventure, comedy and fantasy release, one of two versions whose stories match until Satoshi and Pikachu meet Victini, with Zekrom as the legendary Pokémon here.
