Nobody talks about music videos as complete artistic statements anymore. This one is a cathedral of sound and image, where Eve's vocals don't just accompany the visuals, they're the architecture holding the whole thing together. YKBX builds something that moves like a prayer itself, each frame timed to a breath you didn't know you were holding. You watch it once for the song. You rewatch it because the direction made you understand the song differently. It's the kind of piece that reminds you why people used to make music videos as their own medium, not just promotional content.

Pray is a single-episode music video made for pray, a song by Eve, with YKBX in the director's chair and a fantasy genre label. Eve's track also does double duty as the theme for Innai Keisatsu, a live-action series.
