In 2014, Shibuya has broken away from Japan to become an independent nation, a chaotic town where only young people live. Electricity, water and food all arrive through pipelines from outside, and those pipes stretch across the sky like a spider's web, leaving the residents looking like insects caught in it. In this city live the Prayers, who make their living by battling with music. They convert music into electrical signals and feed them into their rivals' brains, wrecking both mind and body. The Sci-Fi OVA was planned as four episodes, but only two were ever made.
