SYNOPSIS
In 2014, Shibuya has seceded from Japan and become its own independent nation: a sprawling metropolis populated entirely by youth. Survival depends on resources piped in from the outside world, creating a visual landscape of massive conduits crisscrossing overhead like a technological web. Within this isolated bubble, a subculture emerges around "Prayers," underground fighters who weaponize music itself. By converting melodies into neural signals, Prayers inject sound directly into their opponents' minds, waging psychological and physical warfare through rhythm and frequency. Victory means income. Defeat means destruction. The city pulses with constant conflict as young combatants push the boundaries of what music can do to the human body and consciousness. This OVA captures a cyberpunk fever dream where melody becomes violence and every beat is a battlefield. The atmosphere is claustrophobic and surreal, blending futuristic technology with the raw energy of street culture. It's a brief, disorienting dive into a world where art and combat blur into something neither category can contain alone.
