SYNOPSIS
Itsuki Iba inherits his family's unusual enterprise: a magical staffing agency that dispatches wizards, spirits, and supernatural contractors to clients in need. When his father vanishes without explanation, the reluctant teenager must step into leadership despite having no confidence in himself and a natural instinct to flee from conflict. Running the business means coordinating eccentric magicians with wildly different personalities and motivations. It means earning their respect despite being younger, less experienced, and frankly terrified most of the time. Beyond internal chaos, darker forces circle the company. Rival practitioners, supernatural threats, and mysterious adversaries all target the agency's operations and secrets. Itsuki discovers that being a leader isn't about bravery or charisma, but about understanding people and making hard choices under pressure. Each job brings new clients, new dangers, and new chances to grow into a role he never wanted. The cowardly kid must figure out what his father's disappearance really means before the family legacy crumbles entirely.
