SYNOPSIS
Mei steps off the train in Saga Prefecture with nothing but confusion and a suitcase. The Thai exchange student has no map, no plan, and no idea what to expect from her new life in rural Japan. A chance bus ride becomes her first real adventure, as locals she meets along the way offer directions, meals, and something more valuable: genuine connection. Each conversation opens a new corner of Saga to her, transforming bewilderment into belonging. Across town, Sora's injury shatters his dream of playing professional soccer in Tokyo. The high school athlete faces a harder question than any physical setback: who is he without that goal? Rather than chase a dead-end path, he turns toward Karatsu, a coastal city where he can rebuild himself from scratch. What waits for him there isn't a shortcut to stardom but something he didn't know he was searching for. These two stories unfold in parallel, each character discovering that sometimes the best destinations are the ones you never planned to reach. Home isn't always where you expected to find it.
