Tuxedo Sam and Chip are ready to take part in the Hari Hari Island Adventure Rally, an endurance race that winds past the island's many obstacles. Hello Kitty, Mimmy, the Little Twin Stars, Keroppi and other Sanrio characters have gathered for it, each driving a fanciful car. Sam and Chip believe the vehicle they built is good enough to take the checkered flag. Their race starts late, though, and a handful of unlucky accidents follow, leaving the plucky pair to wonder whether they can beat the odds and still come out on top. This single-episode OVA is a light racing adventure featuring familiar Sanrio faces.
