In the year 199X, humanity stands close to extinction as the power of demons brings on one calamity after another, from abnormal weather to vast swarms of insects. Then Rosa appears, a woman with mysterious powers who turns back every disaster and comes to be revered as the world's savior. Demon, leader of the demons, is displeased. To carry out his plan to wipe out mankind, he begins activating the Tower of Babel, and Rosa sets out to take his life. She also starts building a tower of her own, the Tower of Cain, and an all-out battle for the fate of humanity begins. This one-episode supernatural OVA is built around the real Japanese metal band Seikima-II and presents itself as the backstory of its members as demons from the parallel realm of Makai.
