You're watching a man try to reclaim something he's already proven he can do, and the show treats that as harder than winning it the first time. Hayato doesn't need to learn how to drive, he needs to learn how to want it again when the person stopping him used to be his reason why. The machine gets faster. The competition gets personal. Neither of those things matters if you've lost the thing that made you dangerous in the first place.
Hayato Kazami arrives at the 11th Cyber Formula World Grand Prix as the defending champion, but last year's glory feels distant. Under the weight of expectations and pressure, he struggles to recover the form that won him the title. Then Osamu Sugo returns. Once someone Hayato trusted deeply, Sugo now races as Knight Schumacher and has openly named Hayato his enemy. Piloting the new Super Asurada AKF-11, Hayato must beat his former confidant if he hopes to claim a second championship. This six-episode OVA blends sci-fi racing with sports drama.
