SYNOPSIS
Yakumo wakes from five centuries of cryogenic sleep to a world she doesn't recognize. Humanity has been nearly wiped out by the Enterrans, a genetically engineered species created to save humanity from plague. Now the engineered beings rule a ravaged planet, and the young woman carries a burden her scientist father placed on her before his death: become the bridge between two races locked in extinction-level conflict. A meteorite strike awakens latent powers within her, strange abilities that mark her as something unprecedented. Three Enterrans cross her path and choose to follow her anyway, sensing in Yakumo something different from the humans they hunt and the masters they obey. Together they travel across a transformed world, uncovering fragments of the past while confronting the question of whether coexistence is even possible. The series balances intimate character moments with the weight of planetary tragedy.
