Haruka Nishikikoji is an overweight doctor who never seems to catch the eye of any girl. His fortunes change when he is hired as the doctor at an elementary school, a post with some odd features: his workplace is up on the school roof, and the clinic itself is built to look like a medieval castle. Then a surprise arrives. Koizumi Miyuki, his first love, applies to become his nurse. The result is a comedy with a slice-of-life flavor, set in the day-to-day routine of a very unusual school clinic.
