The blue moon brings five wizards to a town that doesn't need saving, and that's exactly the point. The Sumikkogurashi crew heads out on an autumn camping trip and looks up to see a huge blue moon shining brightly overhead. A legend holds that on the night of this big blue full moon, which appears only once every five years, wizards visit town and grant wishes. Sure enough, five wizard siblings fly into the Sumikkogurashi's town. They cast spells on the park, the supermarket and the forest, turning each spot into a sparkling party venue. When the fun night ends and the wizards head back to the moon, Tapioca is somehow among them, raising the question of whether Tapioca has been mistaken for the wizard Five. The film is a comedy built around San-X's characters.
