In the near future, disasters beyond human understanding and increasingly complex crimes and accidents push the government to form Hyper Rescue, a mobile emergency police unit devoted to saving lives. Its Drive Heads are special vehicles built for police, firefighting and rescue work, able to change from car form into humanoid walkers. Grade schooler Gou Kurumada and other children judged suitable serve as drivers alongside the adults. In this mecha movie, the unit comes under attack from a mysterious boy named Terra, an android controlled by the Evil AI. Terra's powerful energy leaves Gou and the others unable to drive their Drive Heads, and when he grows giant and begins swallowing everything around him, the whole earth is in danger. Team Drive Head has to launch once more to face this unprecedented emergency.
