Tora-chan and his friend Miike land a job working on the side of a ship, painting the vessel. Before long they get on the wrong side of its short-tempered captain, who turns out to cause plenty of trouble all by himself. On their first day they also run into Dorah, said to be the strongest cat in the world and quite possibly the dumbest, and more trouble lies ahead. The film is a single-episode drama.
