Gourmet Hunter Toriko lives for one thing: tracking down the world's rarest, most dangerous ingredients. Gourmet Cells give him superhuman abilities, and he ventures into beast-infested territories alongside his chef partner Komatsu. At Teppei's request, Toriko sets out to investigate a hidden biotope known as Acacia's Kitchen, said to hold a special recipe left by Acacia, the most legendary hunter of all. Joined by Teppei, Komatsu, Rin and Terry Cloth, he crosses the perilous Hungry Triangle to reach the island, where rare creatures, monsters, strange ruins and a giant refrigerator await.
