The dorm never stops being real. Season two deepens what the first one nailed: twelve guys crammed in one space means someone's always bleeding into someone else's dream, and the show respects that friction too much to smooth it over for plot. The Vocaloid producers return, which means the songs don't arrive to save the story; they're the story, each track a small honest thing about what it costs to want something this badly while sharing a bathroom with eleven other people who want it just as much.

Six Gravity and Procellarum return to their shared dorm, where twelve young men who each stand for a month of the year keep balancing idol careers, school and living together. The two rival units of Tsukino Talent Productions are getting ready for this year's Full Moon Festival, whose theme is "a new self." The idea excites the members, but some from both groups have grown since their last festival and find it hard to get inspired. As everyday life and show business duties pile up, each member works out what "a new self" means to him. The music-focused series is the second season of Tsukiuta. THE ANIMATION.
