Ganpachi, known as the Ultimate Teacher, is sent to a dilapidated school to straighten things out and get its delinquent students ready for adult life. The students would rather keep the gang they have built, so their boss, Hinako, fights back against him, relying on an unlikely secret power: her lucky kitty-print underwear. The situation grows stranger once it comes out that Ganpachi is the product of genetic experiments.
