Umayon gets what makes Uma Musume work and strips it down to pure chibi chaos. Five minutes of no setup, just horse girls being ridiculous at each other in the dorms and on the track. If you're already in on the franchise, this is the comfort watch that asks nothing of you except to show up and laugh at how hard these girls commit to the bit.

Umayon is a run of short comedy episodes built around the horse girls of Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, adapted from a four-panel manga that stars those same characters. At a school that doubles as a place to train, the girls race, put on performances and practice, but the real focus is on their relaxed daily school life. Each brief episode offers cute, cheerful slice-of-life humor.
