Three players step into their LRIGs and the performance becomes the competition. Hirana and her crew aren't fighting for cards, they're fighting for the attention of thousands of strangers in a space where avatar and idol collapse into the same thing. The show knows the difference between a character who sings and a character who has to sing to survive, and it builds everything around that pressure.

Wixossland moves the trading card game WIXOSS into an online virtual space where players become the LRIG avatars themselves. Its most popular format is the Diva Battle, in which teams of three compete against other units to win the most fans, known as Selectors. Some units build their act around idols, while others take a DJ or band style. Asu Hirana, a first-year high school student, has dreamed since childhood of becoming the legendary Eternal Girl, a diva whose songs, performances and sheer strength captivate Selectors. Chasing the goal of becoming a Top Diva, she throws herself into the world of Diva Battles in this music-driven sci-fi series.
