Yatogame-chan Kansatsu Nikki returns for a fourth season of ten short comedy and slice of life episodes, based on Andou Masaki's four-panel manga. Jin Kaito, a high school student raised in Tokyo, relocates to Nagoya. There he meets Yatogame Monaka, another student who uses the local dialect freely. With her catlike looks and thick regional speech, Yatogame keeps him at arm's length. The humor celebrates Nagoya's local color while Jin observes the charming Yatogame.
