SYNOPSIS
When powerful emotions leak out of people's dreams and become real nightmares, someone has to clean up the mess. That's where Touko and Rinko come in. These two sisters work as dream users, taking on the job nobody else can handle: hunting down rogue nightmares before they hurt anyone in the waking world. Armed with nothing but toys that double as weapons, the girls track down these manifestations and neutralize them, then carefully return the dreams to their owners. It sounds absurd, and it kind of is. The work is unpredictable, the nightmares range from pathetic to genuinely dangerous, and Touko and Rinko bicker constantly while trying to save the day. The series balances comedy with genuine heart. You get laugh-out-loud moments when the girls fumble through bizarre situations, but underneath runs something warmer: glimpses into what the nightmares reveal about people's deepest fears and desires. It's lighthearted enough not to take itself seriously, yet sincere enough that you care about actually helping people find peace.
