Street basketball becomes the last chance for those society has already written off. In a fiercely competitive world where the divide between rich and poor keeps growing and flawlessness is expected, talented people get shoved aside for old mistakes or for the circumstances of their birth. ZERO RISE, a secret street basketball league, offers them a fresh start. Only those who win can wipe away their past scars and return to the spotlight. The league is not limited to trained players, and underdogs of every kind put everything on the line, pushing themselves to the edge as they try to climb up from nothing.
