This is a spinoff OVA adapted from a mobile game nobody asked for, built explicitly to sell figurines. The entire premise, a mermaid racing competition interrupted by a giant frog, exists to justify shipping three different QR codes across three different toys, each unlocking a different ending. It knows exactly what it is: an elaborate merchandise tie-in masquerading as anime, and it commits to the absurdity hard enough that the joke lands.

Actresses equipped with advanced mecha gear enter the M-1 Tag Team Grand Prix, a race held to crown the top mermaid and award the winner 10 million yen. What should be a straightforward contest runs into trouble when a huge frog and a cyclone stand in the racers' way. This three-episode OVA from 2021 adapts COLOPL's Alice Gear Aegis, a 3D shooter for smartphones, and blends mecha and sci-fi elements with a slice-of-life feel. Further episodes can only be watched by scanning QR codes packaged with three different figures, and the ending changes depending on which figure is used.
