The song builds like a storm breaking over water. Ryou Sasaki's direction matches every pivot in YOASOBI's composition, turning a Pokémon tie-in into something that feels earned rather than corporate. A kid and their Pokémon moving through rain and uncertainty captures what the best game stories already know: the bond matters more than the destination.

Biri-Biri is a music video for the song of the same name by the duo YOASOBI, made as a collaboration with the Pokémon franchise. Ryou Sasaki directed it. The song draws on a special Pokémon Scarlet & Violet novel by Ayano Takeda, After the Rain with You, produced under the supervision of The Pokémon Company and Game Freak. The Japanese version of the video was released on November 18, 2023, and an English version of the song followed on December 4, 2023.
