Jiora, a policeman from the planet Biretijon, is chasing dangerous criminals through space when his ship crashes on Earth. He manages to repair it, but without fuel he is stuck, so he takes on the appearance of Chapat, a Slope Town officer he accidentally killed during the landing. The ship runs on gold, and buying enough of it will cost 17 million yen. To raise the money, Jiora returns to his alien form and battles crime for pay under the name Cashman. This single-episode action comedy OVA adapts a one-shot manga by Akira Toriyama and was screened at V Jump Festa 1997.
