A kid stumbles into the wrong organization and gets shackled to a machine that might save the world or doom it. The mystery of where the mecha comes from matters less than watching Ken figure out if he's the chosen one or just catastrophically unlucky. This is 90s mecha the way it should work: no aristocratic pilot bloodlines, no destiny speeches, just a teenager learning that inheriting a god weapon means inheriting every mistake the world made before he was born.

In 2040, relentless pollution and a strange string of earthquakes have left Tokyo in ruins. Ken Ando is training to join DC, a paramilitary organization set up to investigate and protect the failing environment, and his ailing sister Sayuri backs him every step of the way. Poor results in his evaluations get him cut from the team. Then a menacing monster descends from the sky in a blinding flash and begins wrecking DC's work robots with unseen forces. Eager to prove himself, Ken climbs into one of the robots and recklessly takes on the creature. Unknown to him, his fate and that of Earth will become tied to a mysterious mecha from another world, setting the stage for a sci-fi mecha adventure full of action.
