This is not anime in any traditional sense, it's a single fixed camera rotating around a Tokyo skyscraper 48 times, shot frame by frame, until the building becomes an abstract sculpture of light and motion. The meditative pacing forces you to stop looking for narrative and start feeling the geometry of space itself. By the end, stillness hits like a punch.

A single 60-story skyscraper rising above the surrounding rooftops appears to spin at tremendous speed in this experimental film. The effect comes from photography rather than drawing. The filmmaker marked out a circle roughly 400 to 500 meters in radius with the tower at its center, split it into 48 points, and photographed the building from each one. Those still images, assembled one after another, become the animation. The result sits closer to an avant-garde art piece than to conventional storytelling, built entirely from views of one high-rise.
