An anime special literally funded by a real hometown tax program that then makes that hometown tax program the entire joke. The comedy writes itself once you realize what's happening: this is a 24-minute advertisement that decided to be funnier than actual comedies. Chitose gets to be Chitose while Japan's bureaucracy becomes the punchline, exactly as it should be.

After seeing a TV advertisement for Chitose, Hokkaido, Yurine Hanazono proposes a group trip there. Everyone is on board except Jashin-chan, who ends up coming along only because Yurine threatens her with a chainsaw. As the day of sightseeing winds down, Jashin-chan carelessly lets a stray deer eat the ticket they need to check in at their hotel. The fallen angels happen to be vacationing in Hokkaido too and are booked at the same hotel, so Jashin-chan challenges them to a race around Lake Shikotsu for their ticket. The special comedy episode was paid for through Chitose's hometown tax program, which lets people donate to city projects in return for tax breaks and other perks.
