A kid obsessed with a real band meets a time-traveling producer who's absolutely certain he can turn that obsession into reality. The show treats this ridiculous premise with straight-faced sincerity, letting the actual music do the heavy lifting. By episode three you stop asking why any of this is happening and just ride the energy, that's the whole point.

Rodeo is an ordinary high school boy whose goal is to become like GRANRODEO. Gra-P shows up from the future, calls himself a music producer, and sets out to help Rodeo reach that goal. The result is a run of 61 short comedy episodes with a music theme, built around the pairing of an aspiring teen and his self-appointed mentor from the future.
