Three minutes and change, and it goes for your throat anyway. Eve wrote Gunjou Sanka for Project Sekai's first anniversary, and the second-anniversary rerecording hands it to Ichika Hoshino, Minori Hanasato, Kohane Azusawa, Tsukasa Tenma and Kanade Yoisaki, which means five units that never share a stage suddenly share a chorus. If you've spent hours in the game watching those five carry completely separate griefs, hearing their voices stack on the same hook does something a full cour of buildup usually can't. The animation exists to serve the track, not the other way around, and it knows it. This is the rare music video that rewards knowing exactly who's singing which line, and if you don't, you'll still feel the weight and go find out why. Anniversary merch that accidentally became the best argument for the whole franchise.

Gunjou Sanka is a one-episode animated music video made to mark the second anniversary of the mobile rhythm game Project SEKAI COLORFUL STAGE! feat. Hatsune Miku, and it first premiered during an anniversary livestream. The song was written and composed by Eve, originally for the game's first anniversary in 2021. This new version is sung by the voice actors of Ichika Hoshino, Minori Hanasato, Kohane Azusawa, Tsukasa Tenma and Kanade Yoisaki, joined by Hatsune Miku.
