The opening twenty minutes are so funny you forget this movie is about to wreck you emotionally. Hiyori's arc dismantles the entire comedic premise of the series, asking what it actually costs when a human falls in love with something that was never supposed to stay. The recaps are bloated garbage, but they don't matter once you understand what this movie is really doing: turning a harem comedy into a genuine love story that earns every tear it demands.

Tomoki takes a trip to a hot spring and quickly falls back into his familiar perverted behavior. On top of that, someone is about to confess their love to him for the first time. His hopes for a quiet, easy life are shaken yet again when another Angeloid appears, a Type Zeta model that outclasses every hostile Angeloid he has faced before. The film adapts the manga's storyline built around Kazane Hiyori, mixing comedy, drama, ecchi, romance and sci-fi.
