Nine centuries ago, Kara-ou, leader of the Kuu no mono, gave his own life to imprison Kuna-hi, commander of the rival You no mono, in a war that split heaven and earth. Now the You no mono are stirring again, and Kara-ou has returned as Shinobu Saiga, working with his aide Kiba to put them down. Ryosuke Sakiya, a first-year at Kouryo High School, has unusually powerful psychic abilities and has always perceived things others cannot. The special aura around him may be why the You no mono single him out. While on a date at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, he is struck by a strange force and rescued by Jukyuro Satomi and Kisara Izumi, Jutsusha who carry the inherited powers of the Kuu no mono. He comes away unhurt but finds himself pulled into the struggle between the two sides. This three-episode fantasy drama OVA adapts Mio Wakagi's novel series with an original story covering its early parts.
